Question   Art and Humanity
It is difficult to come up with words to describe work that is visually stunning. Dr. Losack's photos of humans who live in extreme poverty or who suffer disease and/or physical impairment, demand that you look. And you see dignity. And the photographer''s respect and compassion for his subjects. Dr. Losack also turns his artist's eye to the beauty of a sunset, animals, people mourning and people celebrating... each photo reflects deep affection for the subject and the passion of the artist. The world is a better place with people like Dr. Losack.

Question   Were it not for eyes and hearts like you...
we, the "lucky" ones, could never witness the truth of our humanity. I admire your passion, respect your voice, am moved by your vision and touched by your soul. And though your photos reveal our very "ugly" face, they are breathtakingly beautiful... making it impossible to look the other way.

Question   The Daily Challenge
This man has challenged himself to the extreme as a Doctor, Humanitarian, Philanthropist, Artist, Musician, World Traveler and Photographer and who knows what else. Now he challenges US to get involved in the causes and things he believes in.

By opening our souls to all that he has to offer, unconditionally. without turning and walking away, without being silent, apathetic, unconcerned and heartless we can only hope to rise up to his challenge.

Question   Glenn's Oeuvre
Glenn's range and sensitivities as a photographer are astounding. He brings an acute eye and deep compassion to whatever his subject has become. From Gay Parade to Indian beggar, from Kabuki Samurai to Bahamian Ferry Driver, he cuts to the essence of a scene and then portrays it with compassion and insight. I can’t help but wonder if he is as good a Psychiatrist as he is Photographer.

Having met him only several times, as a person he is humble and generous and this must be how he is able to gain the confidence of his disparate subjects. His web site is a gold mine of humanity.

Incidentally, I recently became the proud owner of a signed limited edition “Losack,” and I couldn’t be more pleased. In my small collection it always engenders interest and speculation (mixed of course with admiration) while the other pieces are ignored. I just need more wall space for another “Losack” I have my eye on!

I clicked on the link from Fizore. Wow, when I said you were good enough for Nat Geo, I hit the nail on the head! Your work is astonishing. You are quite the survivor also. I wish you the best of luck with Cry.Org
