The Daily Challenge
This man has challenged himself to the extreme as a Doctor, Humanitarian, Philanthropist, Artist, Musician, World Traveler and Photographer and who knows what else. Now he challenges US to get involved in the causes and things he believes in.By opening our souls to all that he has to offer, unconditionally. without turning and walking away, without being silent, apathetic, unconcerned and heartless we can only hope to rise up to his challenge.

Glenn's Oeuvre
Glenn's range and sensitivities as a photographer are astounding. He brings an acute eye and deep compassion to whatever his subject has become. From Gay Parade to Indian beggar, from Kabuki Samurai to Bahamian Ferry Driver, he cuts to the essence of a scene and then portrays it with compassion and insight. I can’t help but wonder if he is as good a Psychiatrist as he is Photographer. Having met him only several times, as a person he is humble and generous and this must be how he is able to gain the confidence of his disparate subjects. His web site is a gold mine of humanity. Incidentally, I recently became the proud owner of a signed limited edition “Losack,” and I couldn’t be more pleased. In my small collection it always engenders interest and speculation (mixed of course with admiration) while the other pieces are ignored. I just need more wall space for another “Losack” I have my eye on! Mark Hoornstra MD

Visiting site
I clicked on the link from Fizore. Wow, when I said you were good enough for Nat Geo, I hit the nail on the head! Your work is astonishing. You are quite the survivor also. I wish you the best of luck with Cry.Org

Beggar Photos
Hi Glenn, Not sure where to start from or why the impulsive need to write to you suddenly came over. Actually I am not even sure how I came about Firoze' site hijda-eunuch.com and via his works I came across yours. I have no doubt now why he calls you his master... I was moved by the pictures of the beggars you took in India. I guess looking at the pictures I was reminded of all that I have to be grateful for and at the same time accept all creation as is. I believe I have a spiritual journey to embark upon... one that's route I haven’t yet charted or envisioned... just the longing to find the truth beckons me to take flight... one day I will. Thanks for letting me feel the emotions that Siddhartha might have felt.

The overall quality of Dr. Losack's work
Dr. Losack's work is incredible in its scope. He manages to capture raw emotions in a way that I haven't seen since the work of the WPA photographers of the Great Depression. I am glad that I stumbled upon this site.

Dr. Glenn Losack and his amazing work
I met Dr. Glenn Losack 16 years ago. I have always been amazed by his creativity and how powerful and intimate his photographs are. I've been very blessed to be able to view the world through his eyes. He is a talented psychiatrist, a world renowned and award winning photographer, terrific composer, he speaks three languages, has been around the world east and westward many times and, now fortunate for all of us, he's turned his talents to writing a children's book that's also fun for adults. What a guy!!!! This book, called Bearly Fit, is truly remarkable, just like Dr. Losack is.Glenn's photography is simply amazing, powerful, thought provoking and what more can I say, he says it the best, it's simply "marvelous" . I am sure he will achieve great success with his photography.
